Repair Process:


Step 1
The First step is always an Estimation Process. In that step we use estimate computer system where all relevant data are entered after the vehicle's inspection. The Computer System gives an estimation of the cost for repairs. Note that sometimes there are hidden damages that can not be detected until after the vehicle is disassembled.


Step 2
To the factory specification, the unitized body is returned back in the Structure Repair area. For monitoring all phases in this area and analyzing the frame of the vehicle, a sophisticated measuring system is used that assures an accurate repair.


Step 3
The Third step is Disassembling where inner structure repairs are determined as well as hidden damage is detected.


Step 4
If Dissembling of the vehicle detect damages that needs additional parts, in the fourth step those parts are ordered and their availability is checked. Until all additional parts arrive at Ramsey Service the repair process can not begin.


Step 5
The repair process can not also begin until negotiations on the price and procedures with insurance company are over.


Step 6
In the sixth step exterior panels of the vehicle together with all metal finishing are replaced. After that sheet metal s installed and aligned.


Step 7
In the seventh step all panels are prepared for paint, then they are primed and sealed to assure good adhesion. After that in the refinishing process the clear coats and final top color are applied.


Step 8
In the Reassembly all detail pieces and final moldings are put back in the vehicle. During that process all the vehicle systems are checked.


Step 9
In the ninth step the vehicle is cleaned fro the dust accumulated during the repair process. In order to be assured that vehicle is working properly we are doing a test drive. After test drive the final inspection is done. That final inspection is assuring that the vehicle is restored in it's pre-accident condition.


Step 10
The last step in the repair process is delivery. The final paper work are finished and the bill is explained.
